Amber Hines is an experienced Elementary Literacy Coordinator with 16 years at Vance County Schools in North Carolina. Passionate about literacy and grounded in the Science of Reading, she guides educators in applying evidence-based practices and leads the implementation of core curriculum and state initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, gardening, fishing, and reading with her husband and children.
